Kadyn became a loan officer in the crazy 2020 market. He was driven to get into the industry after his less than favorable experience purchasing his first home.
He went through the process not learning a single thing from the professionals he worked with and vowed to create a process of education and joy for those who worked with him.
Naturally, Kadyn has done very well working with first time home buyers as he knows the exact place and mindset they are in as they take on the biggest purchase of their life.
Through his journey of educating people through their journey in the real estate market, Kadyn took up making educational and entertaining videos that he has been posting on social media for the last 3 years in an effort to make information about mortgages and buying a house more accessible for people and present it in a way that makes sense.

Originally an Oregonian for 22 years, Kadyn now resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife and dog. While in Oregon, Kadyn attended and graduated from George Fox University in 2012, where he played baseball. There he met his wife, moved to Washington and eventually made their way down to Phoenix.

If Kadyn is not guiding someone through their home purchase he is involved in sports in some fashion. Playing rec volleyball, pickleball or watching football. Being from Oregon, Kadyn is a devout Oregon Ducks fan that still makes it back up to Eugene each year to watch the Ducks play at Autzen Stadium.

Both Kadyn and his wife make it an emphasis to get outdoors and in the sun when they can, mainly in the form of hikes with their dog Autzen (see devout Ducks fan). They hope to tackle every hike in the Phoenix Valley.
